BAREMANE POLICIES & CLIENT AGREEMENT

By purchasing from BareMane, the client acknowledges and agrees to all policies outlined below.

PROCESSING TIMES
All BareMane units are customized by hand and made-to-order. Processing times vary depending on customization requests, volume, and availability. Estimated timelines are not guaranteed shipping dates.

FINAL SALE POLICY
Due to the hygienic and customized nature of wigs and hair products, all sales are final. BareMane does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

CUSTOM COLOR & CUSTOMIZATION DISCLAIMER
All customization is performed by hand. While BareMane strives for consistency and accuracy, slight variations in tone, density, lace tint, knot appearance, and styling may occur. Screen settings, lighting, and photography may affect perceived color.

CLIENT-SENT WIG DISCLAIMER
BareMane is not responsible for the structural integrity, previous chemical history, shedding, lace quality, or durability of wigs not originally manufactured by BareMane. By submitting a personal wig for customization, the client accepts all associated risks.

SHIPPING POLICY
Once an order has shipped, BareMane is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages, theft, weather interruptions, or delivery issues caused by the shipping provider.

SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION
BareMane reserves the right to require signature confirmation on high-value orders.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
Orders may not be modified or canceled once customization has begun.

CHARGEBACK & FRAUD POLICY
Fraudulent disputes or chargebacks filed after delivery confirmation may be contested with supporting documentation including tracking information, communication records, and proof of fulfillment.

WIG CARE RESPONSIBILITY
Proper maintenance is the responsibility of the client. Failure to properly maintain the unit may affect longevity, appearance, lace condition, and overall performance.

LUXURY ITEM HANDLING
BareMane units are luxury custom items and should be handled with care. Excessive heat, improper storage, product buildup, and chemical misuse may damage the unit.

COMMUNICATION
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact and shipping information. BareMane is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information submitted at checkout.

POLICY AGREEMENT
By purchasing from BareMane, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all BareMane policies prior to checkout.
